You are invited to become a sponsor of the fifth annual Lauren E. Avezzie Memorial Golf Tournament to be held on Sunday, October 2, 2011 at Farmington Woods Golf Club in Avon, CT.  All proceeds will benefit the Lauren E. Avezzie Charitable Foundation.  Sponsorship opportunities include: a buffet dinner sponsor, a tee or green sponsor, or a donation of a raffle prize.  Your support will be greatly appreciated.  If you enjoy golf, we would love to have you play in our tournament.  In addition, for the non-golfers, there is a buffet dinner-only option.  If you would like to become a sponsor, golf in the tournament, or attend the buffet dinner, please complete the 2011 brochure and mail it to us with your payment.  The brochure can be found by clicking on the Golf Tournament link.  If you would like to make a donation to the Lauren E. Avezzie Charitable Foundation, any amount is appreciated.

Lauren loved God, her family, friends, relatives, and people from a variety of cultures.  She was a wonderful daughter, sister, friend, and mentor, as well as an inspiration to many.  Missing Lauren's beautiful smile, boundless energy, and genuine concern for others is her sister and best friend Alison Avezzie, a graphic artist of Beverly, MA, her parents, Cindi and David Avezzie of Avon, and her many friends and special relatives.
