| You are invited to become a sponsor for the third Lauren E. Avezzie Memorial Golf Tournament to be held Saturday, October 3, 2009 at the Blue Fox Run Golf Tournament. All proceeds will benefit the Lauren E. Avezzie Scholarship Fund. If you decide to sponsor a lunch, a tee or green, or a raffle prize, please complete the attached scholarship form and mail it to one of us. This will be greatly appreciated. Also, if you enjoy golf, please consider playing in the tournament. In addition, for the non-golfers, there is a buffet lunch option. (Please see attached registration and sponsorship brochure.) Lauren loved God, her family, friends, relatives, and people from a wide variety of cultures. Missing her beautiful smile, boundless energy, and genuine concern for others is her 27-year-old sister and best friend Alison Avezzie, a graphic artist of Salem, Mass.; her parents Cindi and David Avezzie of Avon (both teachers), and her many friends and special relatives. Certainly we recognize that Lauren was a wonderful daughter, sister, friend, and mentor, as well as inspiration to many.
It is in her honor and memory that this golf tournament is established so that we may support the values and causes she stood for.
